A week worth of training

Har av någon oförklarlig anledning inte kastat upp mina träningspass här.
Men här kommer dom.

21/5-10

Helt ok, med en schysst uppvärmning borde det kunna gå bättre, fortfarande lite ovan att springa i VFF.

22/5-10

Jump Rope Barefoot 6 min., mixing in variables of DU's, Cross Overs, single foot, running.

5 - 7 wall walks, Rest as needed between.

Inverted Row Max Reps, Chest must Touch the Bar.

Första lyftet rörde litegran på sig, men sen var det stopp... tunga marklyft funkar tydligen inte.

4 Rounds For Time:
10 Kettle Bell Swings 1.5/1 Pood. Russian Swings with active Pull down. Move the bell as fast as possible.
10 Burpees, Max Height Jump on each Rep.

Tid: 5:22

nuddade en balk ca 35cm ovanför max räckvidd vid varje hopp.
