Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor" and pull-ups are "strict" or non-kipping.
Time: 26:51
HSPU took all the time... a glaring weakness when it comes to highrep.
Wednesday
Backsquat 5-5-5@40% 50% 60%
Bench 5-5-5@40% 50% 60%
5*12 strict chinups
Technique work, snatch, muscle-up etc.
Friday
Deadlift 5-5-5@40% 50% 60%
Press 5-5-5@40% 50% 60%
5*10 strict T2B
5*10 press@20kg
Goals for the next couple of weeks:
50 pullups
add 5kg to my press
bench 95kg
500m Row: 1:35
5k sub 22(not sure where i'm at but probably have increased the time due to more strength work, so hope for a decent time)
Fran PR (current ~4:45)
Snatch 70kg (current 68.5kg)
This is some of the goals that should be possible from today to 7-8weeks.
Back in Kosovo and will be on the wendler stuff for another cycle, or might just start OPTs program, the difficulties is that i occasionally workout with someone else.
Which makes it difficult for him to join, but hey will see what happens the next week.
Ups and downs with OPTs programing.. thoughts anyone?
