ups and downs in training

4/9-10

21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (34,7kg)
Push jerk, 75 pounds
Time: 11:53

No push, 35kg felt like 60 after round 21... have no clue why it went that slow, looked at the watch when it where around 6 then next time it passed 10:30... what happened?

WoD:
With a 45 pound barbell, 21-15- and 9 reps for time of:
Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms
Sots press
Time: 18:13
First round took an awful alot of time, but then it speeded up a bit, left shoulder is my weakest link.
First time doing sots press, but really feels like a good excersise to stabilize the bottom position in the snatch.

Planned on doing 10 rounds but due to time restraint stopped at 5.

Yesterday was a real dissapointment, but feelt really good after the last session today.
